Complaints
If you have received a damaged product, we are really sorry for the inconvenience. In order to make the complaint as uncomplicated as possible for you, we ask you to put the damaged product back in the package and send it to our shipping address, which you will find on the package.
Download the complaint form, fill it out and include it in your parcel.
Please make sure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during transportation. As soon as we receive it, we will take care of it immediately and find a solution for you.
